2025 COQG Quilt Show Entry Form

Categories for entry:

100 - Youth Quilt: Open to any quilter 17 years or younger. Majority of the quilt must be made and entered by the youth, but quilting may be done by another person. Machine or hand quilting.

200 - Baby / Wall / Lap Quilt: Any quilt smaller than a twin. Machine or hand quilted.

300 - Mixed Media / Artistic: ANY SIZE quilt that contains mixed media embellishments of any kind, paining, beading, and so on. Hand or machine quilted.

400 - Heirloom Quilt: ANY SIZE, but must be at least 40 years old and in condition to hang during show.
Hand or machine quilted. COQG is NOT responsible for any damage to heirloom quilts in poor condition.

500 - Embroidery & Applique': Twin or larger. Embroidered or appliqued by hand or machine. Hand or Machine quilting.

600 - Pieced: Twin Size or larger - Must Be HAND QUILTED.

700 - Pieced: Twin Size or larger - must be MACHINE QUILTED.

800 - Masters Open Category: Any size, and style - quilt should be of extraordinary artistry and quality. Hand or machine quilting.

900 - 2025 COQG Challenge Quilt: Open to COQG members only - See website or newsletter for details.

By Entering the above quilt in the 2025 COQG Quilt show, I agree to abide by the guidelines and decisions of the COQG. I also understand that the COQG will take every precaution to protect my quilt during the event, but the COQG cannot be held responsible or liable for criminal acts, Acts of God, or circumstances beyond their control. I grant permission for my quilt to be photographed and used in any publicity, advertisements, or promotion of the quilt show or future COQG promotions.
